Hi. You've reached my personal website. I'm the author of two novels: "Family Planning" (2008), a finalist for the International Dylan Thomas Prize, and "The Association of Small Bombs" (2016), a finalist for the National Book Awards which was named one of the "10 Best Books of 2016" by The New York Times. I'm originally from New Delhi, India, but now reside in Providence, RI in the US, where I teach at Brown University.
My writing appears in The New Yorker, The New York Times,
The New York Review of Books, Vanity Fair, The New Republic, and other venues.
